Strategy and Roadmap Methodology

OUR METHODOLOGY

Current State

We assess your current state architecture by conducting interviews with key leadership on strategic imperatives, reviewing and assessing your current BI and data governance strategy, inventory structured and unstructured sources of data, review your technical infrastructure readiness and help you determine, document and prioritize your high level business requirements (data access, key performance indicators and dashboards and reports).  At the end of this phase you know exactly where you are and where you need to go.

Future State

We help you get where you want to go.  At the completion of this phase you will know the gaps that stand between where you are and your vision.  The future state technical architecture, technologies, infrastructure, data governance, team structure, metadata strategy and project management processes will be defined or optimized to ensure success.

Road Map

The road map tells you exactly how you will get to your end goal.  You’ll leave with an implementation plan with time frames and associated costs.  Your priorities and approach will be clear.  You’ll know exactly which technologies, team structure and methodologies you need to implement to ensure success.
