Examples of Spartan Solutions include:

Data Communications BI Client hired Spartan resources to help with numerous data quality projects ranging from analyzing line records, performing marketing exercises from analysis to churn management. A new project requirement was to identify customer churn and link with the marketing exercises to better target products and services. This required data to be analyzed from different dimensions including viewing customer history records, customer support call records, marketing call records and line records to capture a complete snapshot of the customer.
Major Government Healthcare Insurer BI & DW A fraud detection system was required for A Major Government Medical Insurer that would help identify unusual medical claims to reduce costs. Claims needed to be sliced and diced as to highlight claims to be looked at in different ways. Proprietary algorithms were developed which were applied at the data warehouse. Cognos 7 was used as a front end to deliver all the analytics capabilities. Spartan resources helped to develop all the reporting, provide strategic input on how to best implement Cognos and optimize their data warehouse for efficient reporting.
Wells Real Estate Funds Spartan Technologies partnered with Wells Real Estate IT to perform an analysis, design and enhancement project, to improve
a manual and disjointed Broker activity tracking process; moving forward to a centralized strategy while securing their Siebel
Application investment (MARCI).
Transcontinental Direct Spartan Technologies performed an assessment and migration from Business Objects 6.5 to XI Release 2 for Transcontinental Direct. A Business Objects architect worked with key Transcontinental Direct staff to install and configure the Business Objects XI Release 2 framework, develop an appropriate security model and migrate existing content to the new environment. Training and post implementation support were provided to make sure that the company received the maximum benefit from their new environment.
